Consultant Interviews is a UK-based service providing interview preparation programmes, including online courses, personalised coaching, video tutorials, worksheets, and live lectures. Full details of available services are listed on our website.

2. Using Our Services

  • You must be aged 18 or over to purchase our services.
  • Services are provided for your personal use only. Redistribution, resale, or use for commercial training is not permitted without our written permission.
  • We may update or improve our services from time to time.

3. Fees and Payment

  • All prices are listed in pounds sterling (GBP £) and include VAT where applicable.
  • Payment must be made in full before you can access any course, materials, or coaching session.
  • Payments are processed securely via our trusted payment providers. We do not store card details.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

  • If you change your mind, you have 14 days from the date of purchase to cancel and receive a full refund, provided you have not accessed any digital content or coaching sessions.
  • After you access digital content, the right to cancel under consumer law no longer applies.
  • In addition, we offer a money-back guarantee: if you do not secure a substantive consultant post within 12 months of your first application deadline, your course fees will be refunded. To qualify:
    • You must be no more than 6 months from completing your CCT at the time of enrolment.
    • Acceptance of a locum post or fellowship ends the guarantee.
    • Refund requests must be submitted in writing to te**@*********************co.uk.

5. Intellectual Property

  • All materials (including guides, tutorials, processes, videos, and worksheets) remain the intellectual property of Consultant Interviews.
  • You may not copy, distribute, reproduce, or share materials without prior written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • We provide resources, coaching, and support but cannot guarantee any individual outcome.
  • Our liability to you is limited to the total fees you have paid for our services.
  • Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

7. Data Protection & Privacy

  • We process personal data in line with our Privacy Notice, which complies with the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018.
  • Please read our Privacy Notice carefully as it explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

8. Cookies
